The Beautiful Boy in the Straight Jacket (a Rachel needed)

So it's the end of the semester and with only work looming ahead for my summer I've been struck by the muses and am dying to do this rp. I stole the title for this from the fanfiction that inspired this rp so let me jump right into it.
In this world, Quinn Fabray was born and raised in Columbus Ohio as a beauty pageant winning, God worshiping, daddy's girl. Unfortunately for her, she has never felt like she has been able to raise to all the expectations set up in life for her by her parents and society. Although the blond haired beauty is the epitome of femininity, Quinn has never felt like a girl a day in her life. She has always had a literally painful desire to be who she knows deep down who she is, and that's being a he.
So, I'm wanting to an rp in which Quinn is transgender (female to male...obviously) and after transitioning to male (He's been on hormone therapy for two and a half years and had top surgery just a little over a year ago. I still haven't quite decided what to do about the bottom, I'll discuss that with whoever claims this and we can decide on that together) and getting bullied and tormented by classmates, his church community, and basically everyone out and about town his parents (who are actually loving, caring and supportive in this universe) decide to move to Lima and start a new life for them and their son.
I'm extremely flexible with the plot and all of the details. A few things that I would love to be in this plot are....
-I would absolutely LOVE for my rp partner to play Rachel. So basically it would be Faberry, which means you'd technically be uke. If you're totally apposed to this, we can talk about other pairings. I haven't really decided if I wanna make Finn and Rachel dating or on a break or what, so we can decide that latter too.
-I would love for Santana and Quinn to slowly befriend each other and she help in out in getting his girl.
-Also, if we do go with the QuinnRachel pairing, Quinn's pretty much only goal in life for his junior year is to be as normal and inconspicuous as possible while Rachel wants him to flourish and show the world how special she thinks he is (after the get together).
