Brittany waited anxiously for Santana to come by her house to pick her up so that they could go meet everyone at the airport. She had her suitcase which had enough clothes for the weekend plus her dress for the show. Brittany was sat on the soft plushnes that was her arm chair in her living room, it had the best view of the drive so she would see when Santana showed. She hummed tonight tonight by hot chelle rae to herself as she waited, she didn't stop when she saw the familiar car pull into the drive way. She hopped up from the sofa, called bye to her sister and parents before dragging her suitcase out of the house. Santana met her at the door and helped her put her suitcase with Santana's in the trunk. Her lips met with Santana's briefly as they locked lips for a few seconds before they got into the car.

The drive to the airport was brief, they listened to Britney Spears and sang along very loudly with the all-too familiar songs. They pulled into the parking lot to find all of their classmates cars there. They quickly scrambled out of the car, to the trunk and got their suitcases out. They had just noticed they had like, two minutes until their check in closed. "Oops, looks like we are running!" Brittany said, laughing. "We are going to get killed by Rachel!" Santana said in responce as she locked the car and they both set off sprinting, dragging their luggage as they went.

They got to check in on time and then saw everyone looking a little worried in the departures lounge. Mike stood up and shouted, "Look their here!" They were engulfed with lots of question about where they had been which they just answered with looks to each other and shrugs. Brittany spotted Becca off a little from the crowd, her little baby bump popping out from her stomach. Britt dropped her suitcase on the floor and walked, very quickly over to Becca. She sat down next to her. "Hey Becca! Hey tiny PuckerBeccasaurus." She said.

Becca sat with the New Directions in the departure lounge nervously awaiting Brittany and Santana's arrival. When Mike spoke up, everybody looked up and most started asking questions. Becca sat quietly, a little away from the group, with her head resting in one of her hands and her eyes half closed.

When Brittany half-ran across the room to Becca, the brunette smiled and rubbed her eyes, dropping her hand. "Hey, Britt. You made it!" Becca laughed a little. "You had us all worried, there." She added. She was used to Brittany's baby-greeting which was tacked onto every greeting to Becca.

Brittany smiled and sat down. She sucked in a breath. "Baby has grown!" She said, pointing to the bump sticking out of her friends stomach. "Sure did! Just a little off schedule!" Brittany answered and then looked over to where she had left her bags. "Better go sort these out. Be back in like a few minutes." Brittany said and stood up quickly, walking back over to her bags before going to a counter to hand them in.

She returned with just her purse. "Now, I am ready for some new york!" Brittany announced sitting back down next to Becca and pulling her phone out of her bag. She searched through her home page until she found the right app, angry birds. She let it start and then absent-mindedly began playing while making conversation with Becca. "So, how has your day been?" Brittany asked.

Becca smiled at Brittany's comment toward her baby bump. "Yep, she did." The brunette laughed, tracing random patterns across her stomach. "Okay." Becca replied with a smile as she watched Brittany cross the departure lounge again to fumble with her bags. While she waited, Becca pulled out her iPod and hit shuffle, pushing one earphone into her ear.

Becca grinned when Brittany spoke. "Absolutely. But is New York ready for the New Directions?" She joked. Becca looked around the room at the various emotions on people's faces. Rachel looked determined and also a little hacked off that Santana and Brittany were late. Finn looked kind of lost but Becca figured he was probably trying to think up melodies and lyrics for the original songs they had to write. Brittany broke Becca's attention on her classmates and she smiled again. "Pretty normal." She replied. "Except the part where we all came to the airport on our way to New York for Nationals." She added. "That's not normal."
